 Wetlands Inn Disclaimer Notice & Rules

Guest/s attend this establishment at their own risk, entering or using any of the facilities does so entirely at their own risk . Guest/s must adhere with the following house rules:

Wetlands Inn, The Proprietor, its agent/s and or its employees shall not be liable for any injury, damage, illness or death of any person or for the damages to or destruction of loss of any property includes but not limited to vehicle, photographic equipment, laptops, and data contained therein or other electronic dives, jewellery cash whether caused by the ordinary or gross negligence of the owner’s employees , agent/s, constructors or any other person resulting from any other cause whatsoever.

Wetlands Inn or the owners do not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops and data contained therein or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.

The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.

Insurance

It is the sole responsibility of all guests to ensure the safety and security of themselves and their belongings, as well as take out adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items and have the appropriate travel/business insurance to cover any circumstances that will prevent them from fulfilling these obligations. This should be done prior to arrival at Wetlands Inn.

Right of Admission Reserved

Wetlands Inn at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights. Guests whom wish to bring other guests not registered to stay at the establishment must bring their identity documents.

Wetlands Inn House Rules

CHECK-IN 14H00 AND CHECK OUT: STRICTLY 10H00 NO EXEMPTION (Rooms need to be cleaned for the next set of guests arriving) Guest needs to make sure they live the room keys when checking out, if extending their stay, one needs to pay before 10h00am.

Cancellation Policy.

NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

100% Cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur in less than 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot postpone 24 hours prior to arrival.

60% Cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to arrival.

30% Cancellation fee will apply on the full booking should cancellation occur within 72 hours prior to arrival.

All payments refunded is subject to a 20% handling fee.

All rates are subject to change confirmed reservation will always be honored at the confirmed rates. Any changes will be notified.)

Loss or Damage to WETLANDS INN Property

Should Wetlands Inn suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

Smoking

For the comfort of our guests, Wetlands Inn is a strictly non- smoking accommodation establishment except for outside guest areas. In the event smoking is detecting, fines equivalent to that of South African legislation will be applied

Minors

Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Wetlands Inn or whilst using its facilities
